WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and a tracking number providing instant access to the status of your package.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
All orders received before 1 PM EST usually ship the same day. Transactions placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on where you live and the method of shipment used. If you need your product by a specific date in the immediate future, we recommend contacting us to verify that you will receive your order in time. If you are an international customer, we encourage you to visit our international orders page for more information about receiving your shipment and our policies. WHAT POSTAL COMPANY DO YOU USE?
GRACESHIP sends product the best way possible to serve our customers. We use USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Australia Post and Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number once your product ships to monitor your package until it arrives to its destination.
WILL YOU SHIP TO PO AND APO/FPO BOXES?
Yes. All of these types of orders are shipped via USPS.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund*. The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in brand new condition. Merchandise must not be used or damaged and accompanied in its original packaging and original sales slip. Shipping costs are non refundable and a $15 restocking fee is deducted from your refund.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you wish to return your item please precisely follow these steps to receive a refund:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- 4-digit Reference Number on Packing Slip
- Shipping Address
- Shipping City/State/Zip Code
- Reason for Return
- Any Product Pictures
2. GRACESHIP's customer service team will email you a return shipping label to attach to the product's shipping box to accompany your return within 2 business days.
3. Enclose your original sales slip and all packaging material into the box.
4. Drop off your returned order at the appropriate USPS or UPS Drop Off Location.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive a refund within 30 days after we receive your merchandise. An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COVERED BY A WARRANTY?
At GRACESHIP, we believe in our products and hope you are as delighted with them as we are. All product hardware is covered by a one year manufacturers warranty. We will gladly repair or replace items with manufacturing defects within this time frame free of charge. We cannot repair or replace items effected by typical wear and tear. If you have a question about our warranty, or feel that your product may be eligible, please email our customer service team at email@example.com. Please include: photos of your laptop bag clearly showing the problem, and a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement).
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept exchanges. However, we would be happy to assist you with a return and a reorder. To begin a return please follow the directions above in "HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?".
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
