INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are delivered between 8 - 10 business days after the order is placed.* You will receive a tracking number within three business days of the order date. I
nternational shipping rates are below. If your country requires duties and fees, you will be responsible for paying those to the carrier upon arrival.

- Canada & Mexico: $40

- Rest of the World: $50

- DHL Express Worldwide: Varies by Country (See at checkout)

 

TAXES AND DUTIES
In order to keep our product prices affordable to you, all international customers are required to pay taxes, duties and fees associated with their country. This is applied on the delivery end, and you are required to pay these to the delivering carrier. The amount of applicable duty and taxes varies by country.

Your package will be checked at your country's international customs department. Your country will collect taxes and duties from you based on the value of GRACESHIP's invoice that we supply in international paperwork with your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
In order to receive refunds on international orders, we request that you please contact our customer service team immediately to report any defects or dissatisfaction with the product. The item must be returned within 30 days of your receiving it with the original packaging included and we ask that all received returns must be prepaid.

Unfortunately at this time, international orders are not eligible for free returns. We do not accept exchanges on international orders nor can we refund any duties or taxes paid on the item being returned.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A valid customer phone number is required when you send the order to us. Failure to provide could result in customs returning the shipment.
